Surah Yaseen is one of the most important chapters of the Quran. It is the ninth chapter of the Quran and it has 114 verses. The word “Yaseen” means “The Heart”.
In this chapter, Allah introduces the concept of the “Jannah” (Paradise) and tells the people what is wrong with the scenario in the Hellfire.
The main idea is that the people are being tested and if they fulfill the requirements of the test, they will be admitted to the Jannah.
In order to be admitted to the Jannah, the people have to memorize the Qur’an and they have to be righteous.
The importance of this chapter lies in the fact that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said that the people who would be in the last room on the Day of Resurrection would be those who had the most knowledge of the Qur’an.
